This is an economic development project to highlight the strength of all womxn* and build a support network to empower others to reach their potential and thrive.

Examples of services provided at no or low cost:  branding | document filing | certifications support | social media setup | career counseling | mentoring | operations training | business license fees | and more.

ADO believes everyone has the right to equitable resources for growth and always promotes breaking barriers and empowerment through building supportive relationships. DEI is an important focus that we teach and live by. *Although this project was built to support increasing gender equity and decreasing the wage gap while elevating more female entrepreneurs and leaders into dynamic roles in our communities; we do not discriminate based on gender, race, religion, sexual orientation, age, marital or military status.
